When Was The Last Time That You Tried Something New?

Welcome to the video series that’s all about climbing the ladder of vibration and manifesting the life of your dreams. I’m Stephanie Mulac and today, we are talking about trying something new.

Now, a lot of times we get into a rut in life, we have a tendency to eat the same things, wear the same clothes, approach things in the same way, take the same path to work every day, or any of the things that become routine in our life.

And when that serves you well, but when you get to a point where you do it over and over again, a lot of times it can get you into a rut. And one of the quickest ways to start to lose the energy and momentum for things that are going on in life is if you feel like you’re stuck in a rut.

One of the fastest ways to fix that is to do little things that amount to trying something new. Cook a dish a different way. Try a food you normally wouldn’t do, take a different path to work. Go out and buy yourself an outfit or a piece of clothing that you wouldn’t normally wear, style your hair differently, wear a different pair of earrings. 

If you usually wear tiny conservative earrings, go with something bold, do something that’s out of the ordinary. You will be surprised at how all these little things that you can do will add up to making a huge difference in your energy level. It will get you out of a rut, unstuck and get you moving on your way to where you want to be.
